By using 100% virgin material, combined with our ISO9001-certified production process, we are able to ensure that ZER uPVC Telekom Duct meet all our customers’ requirements of durability and quality requirements. ZER uPVC Telekom Ducts are used in the trunking of telecommunication local and international customers. When used in conjunction with our HDPE sub-ducts, the ZER uPVC Telekom Duct form a complete telecommunication ducting system for the protection of fibre-optic cables.

ZER HDPE Corrugated Sub-Ducts are manufactured in strict accordance with Telekom Malaysia Specification Number D 0016. All pipes manufactured by Zer Plastic Sdn Bhd are made from 100% virgin material using our ISO 9001 certified production process. ZER HDPE Sub-Duct can be supplied with a pre-installed nylon string to facilitate installation of a draw rope or the optical fibre cable itself.

As a result of internal and external corrugation, our ZER HDPE Sub-Duct has an extremely low coefficient of friction, enabling simple installation of the sub-duct as well as the fibre-optic cable itself. ZER HDPE Sub-Duct can be combined with our PVC Ducts to provide a comprehensive solution for the installation of telecommunication fibre-optic cables. Zerplastic is able to supply HDPE Corrugated Sub-Duct in various nominal diameters, as per the requirements of the application.

Zer HDPE Smoothwall Sub Duct is made from high quality High Density Polyethylene and manufactured to facilitate smooth installation of fiber optic cables.

Zer HDPE Smoothwall Sub Duct can be supplied with co-extruded stripes for identification purpose and in various colors according to customer requirements.

Zer HDPE Smoothwall Sub Duct can be supplied in various lengths, in drum or coil form and with pre-installed rope if required..

Zer Microduct is made from High Density Polyethylene for protection of Fiber Optic cables. Zer Microduct can be direct buried or installed within duct as required.

Zer Microduct is manufactured with an internal low friction lining to facilitate the installation of blown fibre and can also be supplied with a pull-string as required. Zer Microduct comes in a range of sizes and diameters to suit the application at hand.

ZER HDPE pipes are manufactured in strict accordance to MS1058, and all pipes produced within our production plan bear the SIRIM trademark (license number PZ 1505).

ZER HDPE pipes have been used extensively as water pipes in high-pressure applications. In addition, the HDPE pipes can also be used for various industrial and cabeling solutions. ZER HDPE pipes are tough with a smooth internal bore, and can be easily joined using a coupling or via butt fusion method.

ZER uPVC Pressure Pipes are manufactured in strict accordance with MS 628 and MS 923 (where applicable), and all pipes manufactured by Zer Plastic Sdn Bhd carry the SIRIM trademark (license number PZ 1502 & PZ 1503).

ZER uPVC Pressure Pipes are exceptionally resistant to attack from high concentrations of acid, and are immune to all types of corrosion experienced in underground piping systems. The smooth bore of ZER uPVC pipes provide minimal resistance to flow, resulting in excellent flow characteristics with negligible flow loss. Incidence of leakage is impossible with proper installation. ZER uPVC pipes impart neither taste nor odour and being non-toxic, are ideally suited for portable water supply.

The advantages of ZER pressure pipes are:
